Welcome to the Andover poker league at The Southampton Arms, the league will now be played on Sundays at the Arms.
The Sunday matches score points for the Champion of Champions competition, held every fifth week.
Sunday matches will mean that each player can accumulate points over the year towards the Full House Competition.
Anybody can play poker, with a small amount of time spent learning the basics of how to play poker, most people would be able to sit down in a poker game, or play internet poker.
However if you want to be a winning poker player then you really need to Learn Poker.
When I say Learn Poker I don't mean the rules of the game, I am talking about developing an understanding of poker strategy which will turn you into a profitable poker player and you know something.... playing poker when you are winning is allot more fun than playing when you are losing. |
